PRE ORDERS
If an in-stock item is purchased with a pre-order item, the entire order will be placed on hold and shipped out together, once the pre-order item has arrived at our warehouse. We recommend making separate orders if you are wanting in stock items to be shipped immediately.
Please note, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once made.
Order processing time
After receiving your order, we require a processing time of 1-3 working days to prepare and pack your items for shipment. Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and instructions to track your package from us. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment online.
Damaged or lost packages
We take great care to pack and secure your items for shipment. In rare cases, however, parcels may be damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately and provide photos and details of the damage. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Change of shipping address
If you wish to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the change can be made after the order has been processed. Please note that this shipping policy is subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to check the policy regularly for any updates or changes.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Customers can be charged for buying & importing products into their country.
In the event that an international shipment attracts customer duties and taxes, the customer will be required to pay the customs, duties and taxes on the order.
Please note, NEVALA does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees, and therefore cannot predict which orders these fees will apply to.
In the event a parcel is unclaimed or duties & taxes are refused, DHL will attempt to redeliver. If DHL is unable to contact the customer and redeliver successfully by their cut off timeframe the parcel will be disposed of in the receivers country. Unfortunately, there will be no compensation provided for parcels that are unclaimed or refused after several delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned to sender, return costs incurred by DHL will be deducted from the customers store credit amount.
DELAYS & LOST IN TRANSIT
Unfortunately, NEVALA are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.
Nevala does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.
There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays.
